Meet Ruthie — Hair Extension Specialist, Upper East Side
Hair extensions since 2004. She works one-on-one, by appointment, in a private studio at 61 E 66th St on Manhattan’s Upper East Side — not a salon floor, and not a chair among many. Every client she takes, she does herself.
She works in human hair only, never synthetic, so extensions can be blow-dried, flat-ironed, crimped and curled exactly like your own hair.
